Asphalt Laborer/Operator – Seal Coating, Striping & Grading

About the Opportunity:

Express Employment Professionals has partnered with a respected paving company in the Yuba-Sutter area that is actively seeking experienced Asphalt Laborers and Operators with a background in seal coating, striping, grading, or heavy equipment operation.

This is a full-time, long-term opportunity for dependable workers who are skilled in asphalt-related work and want to be part of a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate various construction and paving equipment (rollers, pavers, skid steers, graders, etc.)
• Perform tasks related to seal coating, line striping, and surface grading
• Assist with site prep, clean-up, and asphalt laydown
• Ensure surfaces are finished to spec, including striping and seal coating detail work
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Follow all safety guidelines and wear proper PPE

Qualifications:

• Must have hands-on experience in at least one of the following: seal coating, striping, grading, or equipment operating
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors in heat and changing conditions
• Reliable transportation to job sites in the Yuba-Sutter area
• Team-oriented and committed to quality work

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour (depending on experience)

Expected Hours: 40+ per week

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Overtime and weekend work as needed based on project deadlines
