Job Purpose:

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of sales professionals to exceed customer expectations and grow the portfolio profitably each year, in collaboration with Operations, Procurement, Customer Solutions, Marketing, and Design teams.
  • Develop, communicate and deliver strategy for the team to exceed targets and goals.
  • Win new business by targeting key accounts and developing innovative solutions that brings value to customers and displaces competition.
  • Recruit, train, develop and hold their sales team accountable for delivering results and meeting performance expectations.
  • Ensure that the sales pipeline supports the appropriate value of opportunities to achieve the sales growth objectives.
  • Develop effective relationships with key executives and other relevant decision makers at customer accounts.
  • Deliver financial metrics that drive and improve financial returns.

Work Experience:

  • 3-5 years of related experience of successful supervisory/management experience required to motivate and develop direct reports, as well as size up new talent.
  • 5-10 years of related experience of successful management or supervisory experience within a large or national organization strongly preferred.

Education:

  • Master's Degree Preferred - Business Administration/Management
  • Bachelor's Degree Preferred - Business Administration/Management
