About the Role

As a CNC Machinist, you’ll be responsible for programming, setting up, and operating CNC machining centers to manufacture complex components with tight tolerances. Your work will play a vital role in maintaining the high standards our customers expect and contribute directly to the success of our production operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Program CNC machining centers using CAD-CAM software
• Set up machines, fixtures, and tools for efficient, high-precision operations
• Create tooling and develop manufacturing processes for new and existing parts
• Operate CNC machines with Fanuc controllers
• Ensure component accuracy through close-tolerance machining
• Interpret and generate technical and inspection reports
• Collaborate across departments to support production and engineering goals
• Manage multiple assignments and meet tight production deadlines

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience programming and operating CNC machining centers
• Proficient in CAD-CAM programming and close-tolerance machining
• Experience with Fanuc controllers
• Strong knowledge of machine setup procedures and fixture creation
• Proven ability to interpret inspection reports and technical documentation
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities

Pay Details: $25.00 per hour
