Indiana University Health Physicians is seeking a Family Medicine, Internal Medicine or Med/Peds physician to join our well-established team in Avon, Indiana. Our dedicated team works within a collaborative environment that is located on the campus of our IU West Hospital. We take pride in continuing to serve our diverse community with expert and compassionate care.

Job Description

  • Full Time
    • Flexible Schedule - 4, 4.5, or 5 days per week, Monday thru Friday, no weekends or holidays
    • Large shared call group with a great nurse triage system, call is typically 2-3 weeks a year
  • 100% Outpatient; expected volume 70-80 patients a week
  • Must be comfortable working with Advanced Practice Providers
  • Support and collaboration with a pharmacist
  • Procedures can include, but not limited to: simple skin procedures, fracture care, joint injections, IUD's
  • Opportunity to become involved in medical student and resident education

Qualifications

  • Open to new and practicing physicians
  • MD/DO or equivalent education
  • American BE/BC in respective specialty
  • Able to obtain IN license
