About The Role

As our Strategy Development Lead, you will:

Develop Healthcare Strategy: Own the strategic development of multiple large and highly visible initiatives. From initial scoping to in-depth market and competitive analysis, financial review and the development of recommendations for senior leaders, you will oversee the lifecycle of strategy development by coordinating and guiding resources within Strategy, Business Development, and Strategic Intelligence & Market Insights teams.

• Cultivate Key Relationships: Forge strong relationships with system and regional leadership, and key stakeholders across System Services, becoming a trusted advisor who understands, develops, and champions IU Health’s strategic agenda.
• Engage with Leaders: Master executive storytelling, lead meetings, and present compelling findings to leaders at all levels of the organization, influencing decisions that shape IU Health’s future.
• Stay Ahead of the Curve: Continuously monitor industry trends and best practices, bringing fresh perspectives and innovative ideas to our strategic thinking.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree is required. Master's Degree is preferred.
• 7-10 years of progressive experience in strategy development and execution.
• Ideally, a background in healthcare strategy or consulting, bringing valuable industry insights.
• Proven ability to lead through influence and drive results in a complex, matrixed environment.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Outstanding communication and presentation abilities.
• A proactive and collaborative spirit with a passion for making a difference.
