About the role

As a Nice Contact Center Architect, you will make an impact by designing and developing solutions using Nice technologies or similar technologies. You will be a valued member of the Contact Center team and work collaboratively with client and practice leadership and other stakeholders.

We are seeking a Technology Architect with 10 to 14 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in NICE technologies and domain skills in Medical and Product Info support as well as Employee support. This hybrid role requires a strategic thinker who can drive technological advancements and improve operational efficiency.

In this role, you will:

  • Design and implement technology solutions using NICE technologies to enhance business processes and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
  • Develop and maintain architecture blueprints that align with organizational goals and industry standards.
  • Ensure the scalability and reliability of technology solutions to support business growth and continuity.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members to foster a culture of innovation and excellence.

Work model:

For hybrid roles

We believe hybrid work is the way forward as we strive to provide flexibility wherever possible. Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 3-4 days a week in a client or Cognizant office in Austin, TX. Regardless of your working arrangement, we are here to support a healthy work-life balance though our various wellbeing programs.

What you need to have to be considered

  • Possess extensive experience with NICE technologies including Policy Manager NICE ContactEngine NICE SAT Matrix NICE Engage NICE IEX NEVA NICE Nexidia and NICE Cxone.
  • Demonstrate strong domain expertise in Medical and Product Info support as well as Employee support.
  • Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work model.
  • Show proficiency in designing scalable and reliable technology solutions that align with business objectives.

Salary and Other Compensation:

Applications will be accepted until 07/17/2025.

The annual salary for this position is between $125,000- 140,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
