About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Technology Architect with extensive experience in SAP Data Management to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SAP Information Steward, SAP Data Intelligence, and related technologies, with a strong focus on data transformation, orchestration, and machine learning integration.
In this role, you will:
- Lead the design and implementation of SAP Information Steward solutions to ensure data quality and governance across the organization.
- Oversee data management strategies focusing on data transformation and orchestration to support business objectives.
- Provide expertise in data discovery and acquisition enabling informed decision-making through accurate and timely data insights.
- Drive performance engineering initiatives to optimize data processing and system efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate machine learning models into data workflows enhancing predictive analytics capabilities.
- Manage data migration projects ensuring seamless transition and minimal disruption to business operations.
- Develop and maintain data intelligence frameworks using SAP Data Intelligence to support strategic initiatives.
- Facilitate data orchestration processes ensuring data flows efficiently across systems and platforms.
- Conduct research and development activities to identify innovative data solutions that drive business growth.
- Support manufacturing and supply chain operations by providing data-driven insights and recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all data management activities.
- Mentor and guide junior team members fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align data strategies with organizational goals and objectives.

What you need to have to be considered
- Extensive experience in SAP Information Steward and SAP Data Management with a strong focus on data transformation and orchestration.
- Proficiency in performance engineering and data discovery techniques.
- Expertise in data acquisition and machine learning applications.
- Proven track record in managing data migration projects and ensuring data integrity.
- Capability in utilizing SAP Data Intelligence for data-driven decision-making.
- Domain knowledge in Research and Development, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work in a hybrid work model.
Salary and Other Compensation
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
