As the Front Desk Receptionist, you will:

  • Exhibits a genuine cheerful and friendly demeanor at all times.
  • Approachable, warm and helpful.
  • Conducts self to reflect the high standards of professionalism within Concord.
  • Answers telephones and directs the caller to the appropriate associate.
  • Greets and directs visitors to the company.
  • Takes and retrieves messages for various Concord team members.
  • Provides callers with information such as company address, directions to the company location, company fax numbers, company website, and other related information.
  • Receives sorts and forwards incoming mail. Maintains and routes publications.
  • Coordinates the pick-up and delivery of express mail services (FedEx, UPS, etc.).
  • Keep mail room and storage areas orderly and hazard free.
  • Complete the ordering, receiving, stocking and distribution of office supplies.
  • Clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, filing and collating.
  • Administrative support for the various department leaders.
  • Stocks break rooms with supplies and keep the break rooms tidy. Run, unload and put away dishes in break rooms.
  • Manage office equipment and assists other associates with the operation of office equipment.
  • Publishes OnCue each week.
  • Follows safety and security procedures.
  • Learn, understands and refers to the Concord Operating Procedures.
  • Order catering for meetings.
  • Keep water stocked for visitors.
  • Assist with in house meetings and trainings.
