Mold Set Up Technician- 3rd shift

Description

• Safely pull and set injection mold dies utilizing overhead crane and magnetic platens
• Select and load programs in injection molding machine
• Safely change and adjust mold robot components as needed
• Safely complete molding material change within established scrap guidelines
• Maintain injection mold tools by completing preventative maintenance in a timely manner
• Set up and operate injection mold machine/mold die and all auxiliary equipment
• Select and load programs and manipulate injection molding machine robot
• Maintain proper materials at injection molding machines
• Fill out required process paperwork daily
• Keep area cleaned and organized
• Ability to climb into injection molding machines
• Ability to work in space restricted areas
