Job Summary
Reporting directly to the Chief Campus Compliance Officer, the OEC Administrative Officer works independently to perform a wide range of complex and confidential administrative and clerical support duties. Requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to provide information and service to a wide range of internal and external contacts. Requires knowledge of the University and departmental policies and procedures. Includes responsibility for executive office support, executive scheduling, committee meeting management, notetaking, event planning, travel management, and coordination with human resources and finance professionals.
This position requires proven administrative skills; ability to manage multiple issues with a capacity to prioritize responsibilities and manage deadlines; ability to work with confidential information with discretion. Strong interpersonal, communication (including good writing and proofreading skills), diplomacy, professionalism and organizational skills required. Advanced skill in Microsoft Word, Excel. PowerPoint, SharePoint, Access, and Outlook necessary. Proactive and independent approach to work; team player with a strong sense of ownership needed. Demonstrated ability to focus on details with accuracy.
The final salary and offer components are subject to additional approvals based on UC policy.
Your placement within the salary range is dependent on a number of factors including your work experience and internal equity within this position classification at UCSF. For positions that are represented by a labor union, placement within the salary range will be guided by the rules in the collective bargaining agreement.
The salary range for this position is $86,500 - $129,700 (Annual Rate).
