Our mission is simple: End Cyber Risk. We’re looking for a Network andTechnology Operations Analyst - GTO Automation to be part of making this happen.

Position Overview and Objective

The Network and Technology Operations Analyst supports the continuous improvement of technical operations across GTO and S2. This role is focused on identifying and addressing operational inefficiencies, resolving major customer-impacting issues, and developing automation solutions to enhance team productivity. Working under the guidance of senior team members, the Network and Technology Operations Analyst collaborates with internal teams to implement improvements that align with customer needs and GTO goals.

Primary Responsibilities and Duties

  • Contribute to the resolution of operational and technical issues by performing root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions.
  • Support the development and deployment of automation tools to improve workflow efficiency.
  • Document operational processes and solutions, including contributing to internal runbooks and knowledge bases.
  • Collaborate with GTO stakeholders (e.g., Support, S2, Onboarding) to gather insights and drive small-scale process improvements.
  • Assist in requirement gathering and testing for new tools or enhancements.
  • Monitor and track metrics to identify areas for improvement in operations.
  • Participate in internal reviews, meetings, and training sessions to build technical knowledge and operational awareness.
  • Provide support for customer cases, escalating as necessary and ensuring high-quality service.

Key Skills

  • Foundational problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities.
  • Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python or PowerShell.
  • Basic knowledge of enterprise IT infrastructure (e.g., networking, Active Directory, security tools).
  • Experience with ticketing systems like Zendesk and task management tools like Jira.
  • Effective communication skills; can collaborate across teams and clearly document work.
  • Teamwork and a willingness to learn in a dynamic environment

Minimum Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in a technical operations, support, or process improvement role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent technical experience.
