Job Title: Construction Project Manager

Job Description

The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing construction projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes acquiring resources, coordinating the efforts of team members and subcontractors, and ensuring quality control throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

Essential Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in construction project management.
  • Experience in commercial or multifamily construction.
  • Knowledge in change orders, RFIs, estimation, construction documents, and document control.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, budgeting, and safety regulations.
  • Proficiency in project management software such as Procore, MS Project, and Bluebeam.
  • PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Work Environment

This position is onsite in Norfolk, VA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $110000.00/hr.
