Assists in migrating our current website from the Quickstart 1.0/Drupal 7 platform to Quickstart 2.0/Drupal 10.
Creating promotional communications collateral for department programs (including its fellowships, continuing education events, research programs, internal and external events, alumni outreach, and more) - via newsletters, social media, graphic design, marketing, direct email, creating & editing videos, more; includes meetings to plan and implement.
Assists in coordinating Grand Rounds: creating flyers and Facebook graphics, posting Grand Rounds on the website event pages and University channels, back-up/assist in managing the presenters’ paperwork, working with BioCommunications to set up streaming links and post-event video editing, archiving presentations on the website, tracking attendance and completed tasks via a clean and orderly Excel spreadsheet.
PowerPoint slides, event reports, metrics for social media accounts and website analytics. Assisting with event planning, graphics, production, and post-production.
Database management for listservs, outreach, mailing lists; website updating and maintenance, maintaining program pages (education, research, events), faculty and staff profile pages, news and events pages, etc.

Understanding of multimedia storage, digital archiving standards, and media inventory management.
