We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join our team! You will partner closely with teams across the business – from Commercial and Marketing to Operations – helping them understand performance, identify opportunities, and make informed decisions. You’ll own key data pipelines, reporting, and deep-dive analysis to support Manual’s continued growth.

What you'll do

• Data Pipelines: Own and maintain data pipelines and modelling, ensuring data is accurate, scalable, and well-tested.
• Reporting: Build and maintain dashboards that enable teams to track KPIs and make data-informed decisions through self-serve tools.
• Analysis: Work with stakeholders to understand business problems, apply structured problem-solving, and carry out data analysis that leads to clear and actionable recommendations.
• Data Exploration: Investigate large datasets to surface insights, trends and opportunities across the business.
• Experimentation: Support teams in designing and analysing A/B tests to validate product and marketing changes.
• Cross-functional collaboration: Partner with key stakeholders across Product, Marketing, Growth and Operations to inform strategy and measure impact.

What we need from you

• 5+ years’ experience as a Data Analyst in a fast-paced environment
• Advanced SQL and solid understanding of data modelling best practices
• Confident in stakeholder management and translating business needs into data solutions
• Comfortable with data visualisation tools and communicating insights effectively
• Experience with experimentation and statistical analysis is a plus
