Acting as a Marketing Program Manager you will develop and execute strategic marketing programs to support the launch, promotion, and lifecycle management of medical device products. This position requires a deep understanding of the healthcare ecosystem, including regulatory and compliance considerations, to ensure all marketing activities meet industry standards.
The ideal candidate will drive cross-functional collaboration with product management, clinical, regulatory, and sales teams to create targeted campaigns that engage healthcare professionals, hospital systems, and patients. With a strong focus on project management, market research, and data-driven decision-making, the Marketing Program Manager will lead initiatives that enhance brand visibility, support commercial objectives, and contribute to improve patient outcomes. Your role will cover all Latin America, requiring travel within the region (up to 30-40% of the time) to support regional initiatives and engage with stakeholders. We also offer the flexibility of the hybrid working model, which combines in-office and remote work, offering a balanced professional environment.
