The Opportunity:

CACI is seeking a skilled and results-driven Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of ServiceNow implementations and enhancement projects across our enterprise. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT service management (ITSM), experience delivering and or enhancing ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, SecOps), and a proven ability to manage cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • All areas of Project Management from initiation through closeout, ensuring the successful execution of the project in support of government customer’s mission, goals and objectives.
  • Responsible for the end-to-end management so ServiceNow deployments, integrations, and enhancement projects.
  • Lead end-to-end management of ServiceNow deployments, integrations, and enhancement projects.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and success metrics.
  • Manage project plans, schedules, resource allocations, budgets, and risks.
  • Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and status meetings as needed.
  • Serve as the main point of contact between technical teams, business stakeholders, and external partners/vendors.
  • Coordinate UAT, deployment planning, and change management processes.
  • Ensure compliance with ServiceNow platform governance and organizational standards.
  • Monitor and report on project progress using KPIs, dashboards, and executive summaries.
  • Promote continuous improvement by identifying lessons learned and implementing best practices.
  • Contribute to documentation in the Knowledge Base, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), work instructions, and job aids.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Ability to obtain Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Entry On Duty (EOD) - Active EOD preferred
  • B.A./B.S. or equivalent + 6 years of relevant experience
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist or ServiceNow Fundamentals certification
  • 3+ years of experience in IT project management with 2+ years focused on ServiceNow projects
  • Strong knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, modules, and implementation lifecycle
  • Experience managing both Agile and Waterfall (or hybrid) delivery methods
  • Familiarity with ITIL concepts and enterprise service management practices
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Strong Microsoft Office experience, predominantly Excel, Visio and PowerPoint
  • Experience with Microsoft Project, JIRA, and Confluence

Desired:

  • Previous DHS or DoD experience
  • Any of the following certifications is highly desired:
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
  • PMI-ACP
  • ITILv4 Foundation

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$94,400 - $198,200
