1st shift M-F, with occasional weekends. (Variable start time 4:30AM-6:00AM, with shift hours 8-12 hours.)

GENERAL SUMMARY

Operate or tend machines to mix or blend any of a wide variety of food ingredients.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES

• Completes pre-op inspection of area
• Prepares and sets up area each day
• Receives and checks ingredients for accuracy
• Scales up ingredients
• Mixes according to specifications
• Determines end-of-run needs
• Responsible for compliance with specifications
• Gives limited work direction to fellow dough mixing associates
• Responsible for documentation and record keeping for area (including, but not limited to, lot tracking, waste, quality checks and standards
• Rheon / Proof / oven back-up
• Other duties as needed by line
• Reports to line lead and/or shift supervisor
• Assist with training of employees
• Responsible for working safely at all times

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Read, write and speak English. Able to communicate and take direction from the line lead and/or the production supervisor.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS

Must have basic math skills for batch sheets, bake sheets, weight sheets, production worksheets, HACCP compliance forms and any other forms deemed necessary by the production manager.

Starting Pay: $21.65/hr. We offer a comprehensive benefits package for full-time employees including health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the 90th day of employment.
