Your Mission

As a Functional QA Tester, you will join our project and QA team and play a key role in ensuring the quality of our deliverables. You will be responsible for verifying that our applications (websites, mobile apps) conform to functional specifications and client expectations.

Your Responsibilities

• Specification analysis: Review and understand functional and technical specifications to define an effective testing strategy.
• Test planning: Design detailed test scenarios and cases, covering core user journeys and critical features.
• Test execution: Carry out functional, regression, and integration testing campaigns.
• Bug tracking: Accurately log bugs in our tracking tool (Redmine or equivalent), categorize them, and monitor their resolution in collaboration with the development teams.
• Fix validation: Test developer fixes to ensure that bugs have been properly resolved.
• Reporting: Produce clear, concise test reports summarizing test results and remaining issues.
• Ongoing collaboration: Work closely with project managers, developers, designers, and clients to ensure optimal quality.
• Continuous improvement: Contribute to the ongoing improvement of testing processes and tools

Your Profile

• Degree in computer science or equivalent (Bachelor’s/Master’s level).
• 2–3 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in a digital agency or software company.
• Solid knowledge of functional testing methodologies (unit testing, integration, regression, UAT).
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Ability to write clear and structured test plans and reports.
• Experience with bug tracking tools (Jira, Redmine, or equivalent).
• Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Rigorous, autonomous, analytical, and detail-oriented.
• Curious and tech-savvy, with a commitment to staying up to date.
• Advanced level of French and English
