What You Will Be Doing

As an F-35 Items Analyst (Level 1), you’ll play a vital role in supporting the sustainment and readiness of the world’s most advanced fighter aircraft. In this entry-level role, you will help manage the logistics and supply chain activities required to keep F-35 assets moving efficiently—tracking parts, facilitating repairs, and ensuring that essential components are delivered on time and within contract expectations. You will act as a key link between internal teams, suppliers, and the repair network, helping ensure mission success through timely and accurate asset support. Key Responsibilities

  • Support end-to-end supply chain management including provisioning, storage, transportation, and repair of F-35 components.
  • Coordinate the initial lay-in of parts required by non-PBL (Performance-Based Logistics) suppliers for asset repairs or modifications.
  • Generate and manage purchase requisitions for asset repair actions.
  • Monitor the receipt of parts at repair locations, triggering and tracking the Repair Turnaround Time (TAT).
  • Track repair status through completion, ensuring timelines are met and assets are returned to service efficiently.
  • Prepare and coordinate shipping documentation to move repaired parts swiftly and accurately.
  • Collect and maintain repair-related data to ensure accurate reporting and historical tracking.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for ordering and statusing initial and replenishment spares, as well as managing repair flow within contractual timeframes.
  • Provide oversight for asset movement and redistribution, adjusting strategies to meet dynamic program needs.

This position is in Fort Worth, TX Discover Fort Worth.

Must be a US Citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires special access and a Secret clearance after starting.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college

Must be a US Citizen

Desired Skills:

  • Experience with Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Logistics and other related disciplines.
  • Experience with Inventory Management.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a high paced environment.
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal skills)

Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Clearance Level: Secret

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
