Darwin Support Associate

As a Darwin Support Associate, you will be working within the Managed Services Department, as part of the Darwin Administration Support team. As part of our team, you will help to support a portfolio of clients, assisting the management of their day-to-day needs and use of Darwin, as well as performing administrative tasks when clients decide to outsource payroll and provider processes to DARWIN. Your focus will be to deliver an excellent and consistent experience for all our clients.

Role and Your Mission

As a Darwin Support Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our clients receive exceptional support and service. Your mission will be to facilitate the effective use of the Darwin software, manage client relationships, and contribute to the overall success of the Managed Services Department.

We Will Count on You to:

  • Manage Your Activity:
    • Oversee daily administrative tasks related to client accounts, ensuring timely and accurate processing of payroll and provider services.
    • Prioritize and manage workload effectively to meet client deadlines and service level agreements.
    • Monitor and report on the status of client requests and issues, ensuring they are resolved promptly.
  • Build Relationships & Work Towards Developing Yourself:
    • Foster strong, collaborative relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and expectations.
    • Engage with internal teams to facilitate communication and problem-solving for client queries.
    • Seek opportunities for personal and professional development, including training on Darwin software and industry best practices.

What You Need to Have:

  • Experience:
    • Previous experience in a client-facing role, preferably in HR, payroll, or administrative support.
    • Familiarity with HR and payroll processes, as well as experience using software systems for these functions.
  • Skills:
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and colleagues.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel, with the ability to analyze data and create reports.
    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
