This position is responsible for planning, organizing, and leading people, materials, equipment and processes in order to achieve established safety, quality, delivery, and profit goals while maintaining positive employee relations. They will apply lean manufacturing tools and techniques to continuously improve safety, cost, quality, and efficiency in their areas.
Bachelor’s degree, or an Associates degree plus three (3) years experience in Supervising/Manufacturing, or High School diploma and five (5) years experience in Supervising/Manufacturing.

The annual salary for this role is USD $63,000 – $84,000 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)
