You Are:

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Managing and coordinating milestones and challenges related to Analog Designs
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams including Layout, Digital, and Lab
• Ensuring all relevant stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle
• Providing detailed feedback to the overall Project Manager regarding the status and challenges of Analog Designs
• Developing and maintaining project plans, schedules, and budgets
• Identifying and mitigating potential risks to ensure successful project delivery

• Driving the successful completion of high-impact projects in the field of analog and mixed-signal circuit design
• Enabling the development of cutting-edge technologies for high-speed communication
• Contributing to the advancement of industry-leading products such as SerDes designs: USB, PCIe, HDMI, and other standards
• Ensuring seamless collaboration and communication across multi-cultural and multi-location teams
• Helping Synopsys maintain its position as a market leader in IC design tools and technologies

What You’ll Need:

• MSc degree or above in Electrical Engineering
• 2+ years of experience in analog and mixed-signal CMOS circuit design
• Familiarity with UNIX operating systems
• Experience in project management (PMP certification not required)
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Adaptability
