Hiring 1st and 2nd Shift: Electromechanical Assemblers- Weekly Pay - $24/hr

Job Description

As a Mechanical Assembly & Integration Technician, you will play a crucial role in assembling and integrating state-of-the-art diagnostic equipment used in hospitals across the United States. This hands-on position involves utilizing precision tools such as screwdrivers, pliers, torque wrenches, wire strippers, and drills to efficiently integrate sub-assemblies into chassis. You will meticulously follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) with over 100 steps, ensuring seamless assembly while adhering to detailed work instructions.

Responsibilities

  • Integrate sub-assemblies into chassis with precision and efficiency.
  • Follow SOPs and detailed work instructions for assembly.
  • Handle intricate wiring involving over 500 cables and 900+ small part connections.
  • Align, calibrate, and test machine functionality during integration.
  • Maintain accurate records and execute work orders efficiently.
  • Uphold Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) with a focus on quality and safety.
  • Work independently and prioritize assignments effectively.
  • Contribute to a collaborative, high-performing team environment.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-4 years of relevant experience, preferably in a regulated industry (e.g., FDA, ISO).
  • Proficiency with Microsoft applications.
  • Experience with hand tools preferred.
  • Capability to lift up to 30 lbs.
  • Ability to stand, bend, and reach for prolonged periods.

Work Environment

Work in a regulated manufacturing environment that is clean, climate-controlled, and well-lit. The position involves 80% standing at a workstation, 15% walking, and up to 5% sitting. Each technician is provided with their own workstation, ensuring a personalized and focused work experience.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.87/hr.
