Job Title: Clean Room Assembler

Job Description

Join a pioneering medical device company specializing in advanced urinary catheters as a Clean Room Assembler. You will work on the first shift from 5:30am to 2pm, with potential overtime opportunities. In this role, you will contribute to the assembly of high-quality medical devices in a clean room setting.

Responsibilities

• Assemble printed circuit board assemblies (PCB-A) and small parts in a clean room environment.
• Assemble catheters under a microscope ensuring precision and quality.
• Follow clean room guidelines and maintain a sterile work area.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and production goals are met.

Essential Skills

• Previous experience in medical device assembly or a similar field.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work in a clean room environment and adhere to strict guidelines.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Knowledge of cleanroom guidelines.
• Comfortable working with a microscope.
• Experience in medical assembly and packaging.
• Minimum of 2 years of medical device assembly experience.

Work Environment

Work in a clean room environment with a small team of six, which is expected to grow throughout the year. You will have the flexibility to sit or stand while working at workstations close to each other.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Irvine, California.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr.
