Your Role
The Principal Governance Analyst, Data Practices and Learning plays a pivotal role in enabling the successful adoption of enterprise data capabilities across one or more business domains (Investments, Corporate Functions, or Distribution). This position ensures data governance practices are consistently applied to promote data reliability, usability, and operational efficiency, while advancing a culture of data-driven decision-making.
Serving as a strategic liaison between data capability teams and business adopters, the analyst bring a strong understanding of the domain knowledge and data governance capabilities to ensure alignment between governance frameworks and their practical application within domains. The role focuses on improving the end-user data quality and experience by guiding the implementation of data policies, standards, and tools across domains. The Principal Governance Analyst is also accountable for monitoring the realization of key data strategy objectives.
This is a critical role for championing scalable, sustainable data practices while equipping cross-functional teams with the knowledge and resources necessary to innovate and deliver value through data.
