Now, we’re looking for an experienced, people-savvy Practice Manager to help lead, support, and grow our thriving practice.

You are..

• High school diploma or GED preferred; commitment to professional development is essential.
• A CVPM is desired but not required; however, we would love to help a motivated individual grow into this designation!
• 3-5 years of management experience is required.
• Experienced in veterinary medicine or a similar healthcare/medical setting, or bring strong leadership experience from another industry and are excited to learn.
• Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, team-driven environment and can lead with empathy, confidence, and accountability.
• A clear communicator, confident decision-maker, and strong collaborator who uplifts those around you.

What you'll be doing:

• Manage daily clinic functions and ensure a safe, efficient, OSHA-compliant, and welcoming environment for pets, clients, and staff.
• Lead budgeting, reporting, business growth, and all budget oversight and management, including financial reporting.
• Coach, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team. Follow all relevant HR laws. Promote a servant leadership style that fosters trust, accountability, and team well-being.
• Monitor and manage inventory supply levels, control costs, and collaborate with leads to maintain efficient inventory systems.
• Uphold a culture of exceptional service by resolving concerns, supporting communication, addressing concerns promptly, and driving client loyalty.
• Support growth through local outreach and smart marketing efforts, including maximizing appointment availability and promoting services.

USD $75,000.00 - USD $85,000.00 /Yr.
