- Trade Settlement Überwachung
- Erteilung von Cash Transfers und Forex Trades
- Reconciliation der Positionen zwischen den verschiedenen Depotstellen
- Korrespondenz mit Gegenparteien
- Schattenbuchhaltung (Triple’A)
- Überwachung von Corporate Actions
- Diverse weitere Aufgaben wie Aufsetzung neuer Fonds/Mandate, Pflege von Manuals
YOUR PROFILE
- Banklehre oder kaufmännische Grundausbildung
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Wertschriftenhandel (Settlements oder Reconciliation)
- Selbständige, exakte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
- Rasche Auffassungsgabe und hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein
- Belastbare und agile Persönlichkeit, Teamplayer
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
