POSITION SUMMARY: The Production Supply Clerk is responsible for receiving and providing supplies to production.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Organizes and maintains the warehouse in a clean and sanitary manner.
- Receives supplies and verifies quantities on packing slip.
- Issuing cardboard supplies to meet production requirements.
- Rotates stock based on inventory turnover.
- Assist in reviewing department SOP’s.
- Other duties as required by management and supervision.
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS and BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- Demonstrated ability to read, write and speak English
- Demonstrated ability to perform basic math skills including: addition, subtraction, division, multiplication and percentage calculations
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Valid forklift and pallet jack license required
- Ability to work under minimal supervision
- Ability to analyze and respond to storage problems
- Must be able to communicate effectively, orally and in writing.
- Knowledge of, Excel and Microsoft.
