Seattle Public Utilities (SPU) is seeking a Digital Transformation & User Adoption Lead (ITP-B BU) to join its Enterprise Asset Management Systems (EAMS) Team. This critical role supports SPU’s ability to monitor infrastructure, manage risk, and perform maintenance activities effectively by leading change management, training, and frontline user support for the successful adoption of asset and work management solutions, applications, and processes.
The Digital Transformation & User Adoption Lead (DTUAL) will serve as the primary liaison between business operations and technology delivery teams. Key responsibilities include driving user adoption, developing and executing change management plans, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, and responding to daily operational challenges.
This role requires advanced proficiency in infrastructure asset and work management tools—such as IBM Maximo, DataSplice, and GIS-based inspection applications—along with a strong commitment to consistent, efficient, and evidence-based service delivery.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, or related field (if NO degree, candidates will need two (2) additional years of qualifying experience).
Experience: Requires at least three (3) years of experience with Maximo work and asset management systems and with systems or business analysis; Data management and business reporting; Operations systems or ERP systems support.

The full salary range for this position is $52.63 - $79.00 per hour.
