The Cloud Practice Architect II (PA II) is a leadership role responsible for managing multiple consulting and delivery projects, typically ranging from $1M solutions to $20M outsourcing programs. This position focuses on consulting, account interaction, and service delivery within a defined subject matter area. PA IIs oversee project planning, resource management, customer engagement, and delivery execution, primarily for North American clients. They are expected to lead large-scale or complex engagements and may travel up to 50%.

The Cloud Practice Architect II (PA II) is a leadership-level role focused on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) delivery and practice development. The role oversees consulting engagements, solution delivery, and cross-functional program execution across North America.

Key Responsibilities

GCP Solution Delivery

• Own and evolve solution architecture aligned to customer goals and signed SOWs.
• Lead cross-functional delivery teams, ensuring coordination across practices, regions, and stakeholders.
• Manage delivery timelines, costing, issue resolution, and escalation processes.
• Facilitate knowledge transfer and enforce internal communication and change control standards.
• Maintain client satisfaction while ensuring quality and governance of GCP solutions.

Practice & Product Line Management

• Conduct regular health checks, reviews, and performance assessments across GCP delivery programs.
• Support continuous improvement across the cloud product line and service offerings.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $125000.00 - $190000.00/yr.

• Bonus information: Enter annual bonus potential - Bonuses are paid out at the end of the year and are tied to a percentage of personal and company’s performance.
• Benefits: Health insurance Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO - 100 percent coverage for well visits, Individual and family options, Dental and vision options, Health savings account with annual company contribution, Coverage begins within 30 days of employment
• Time off: 20 days annually plus six company holidays; After three years of employment, increases to 23 days annually plus six company holidays
• Retirement savings: 401(k) with matching contribution; Profit-sharing
• Tuition reimbursement: Up to a maximum of $5,250 annually for eligible courses/programs
