Sales Support Specialist IV

The Sales Support Specialist IV will be assigned to primary geographic regions or business units to provide support to the Regional Management, Finance, and Planning and Analysis teams.

This position will serve our Air Division. This position is based in Remote per Rheem’s Work From Home policy. This position can be based in any state which Rheem hires.

  • Build Strategic Partner playbooks, content, templates etc. aimed at improving team efficiency.
  • Be the Strategic Partner companion on their journey through introduction, on-boarding, conversion and long-term partnership.
  • Be a part of a Strategic Account Team that establishes and manages relationships with enterprise accounts and is responsible for significant revenue generation and growth.
  • Collect, validate, and analyze sales data from various sources (e.g., CRM, sales tracking systems, etc.) to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Communicate with sales teams, sales leadership, and other stakeholders to address questions related to incentive programs, calculations, and reports.
  • Drive timelines for key initiatives, and client-facing initiatives to get teams organized and drive projects to successful completion.
  • Develop new tools and processes to deliver successful outcomes.
  • Manage updates in our customer relationship management tools and Teams channel.
  • Help ensure that the messaging and communication across all touchpoints are consistent, creating a unified customer experience.
  • Learn the technical nuances of customers’ configurations and act as an initial layer of support and guidance and work closely with Strategic Account Managers on other needs.
  • Assists in the preparation of proposals, and RFP/RFI responses. This includes the analysis and development of scope, duration, deliverables, resources, risk, assumptions and dependencies.
  • Gather feedback from strategic partners, which can be valuable for marketing and product teams to improve their strategies and products.
  • Tutoring customers on all the Rheem resources available (my Rheem access).
  • Travel as needed to support Customer meetings, training, or other company meetings & business (required travel typically less than 15%)
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in sales and/or customer service-related field.
  • Ability to create and manage dashboards and reports using Excel, CRM and Oracle BI tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent professional communication skills – skills with technical knowledge.
  • Data entry proficiency without defects (proofreading, spelling, and grammar checks).
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic team-oriented environment
  • Adaptable to changes in priorities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience in value-based selling.
  • Ability to demonstrate exceptional follow-up and professional assertiveness in a way that engages and identifies customers to want to do business with Rheem.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams and other web-based applications used for enterprise-grade communications such as telephony and CRM platforms.
  • Self-accountability, commitment & professionalism within a business environment.

HOW TO STAND OUT:

  • Experience in a customer facing role is a plus.
  • Previous experience with Value Proposition Creation or Sales Playbook Creation.
  • Sales Enablement Experience.
  • HVACR Industry Experience.

Pay scale for this role based in New York, New Jersey, California, or Connecticut is: $108,000-$172,692. Pay Scale for this role based in the District of Columbia, Illinois, Washington state, Maryland, Minnesota, Nevada, Ohio (Cincinnati & Toledo), or Rhode Island is: $100,000-$159,900. Please note all pay ranges are broadly stated, and any final offer is dependent on factors such as location, direct experience, market guidance and internal equity, among other qualifying criteria.
