We're seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our client's team in Vars, ON, for a 3-month contract (June 23rd - September 19th) with the potential for extension!
Required skills and qualifications:
- A background in delivering exceptional service to clients and customers
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities to interact with diverse stakeholders
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with experience working with the public a requirement
- A strong analytical mindset with the ability to resolve complex issues efficiently
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
- A well-rounded administrative skill set, with proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- The ability to work effectively in a team environment, building strong relationships with colleagues
- The capacity to manage tasks and complete them with minimal supervision
- A reliable vehicle or transportation method, as public transportation is not readily available
- Familiarity with the automotive industry is considered a valuable asset
Duties may include, but are not limited to:
- Respond to incoming calls, providing excellent customer service and resolving inquiries in a timely manner
- Accurately enter and update data into the system, ensuring data integrity and attention to detail
- Scan and organize documents, maintaining a high level of accuracy and efficiency
- Cross-reference Vehicle Identification Numbers (VINs) to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Conduct thorough image audits to verify vehicle matches, ensuring quality and precision
- Perform other duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment
The wage for this position is $19.00 per hour.
Hours: Monday to Friday – 8:00am to 5:00pm (1hr lunch)
