We are seeking a dedicated Inside Sales Representative who is confident, enthusiastic, and ready to work the phones!
Pay: $20/hr. + commission
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct routine outbound business-to-business telephone calls to generate sales opportunities
- Obtain a working knowledge of the company’s products and services
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships
- You will be assigned a territory to develop, with the ability to travel for sales calls and attend trade shows
Key Qualifications
- Minimum two years of verifiable sales experience, particularly in telemarketing
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Attention to detail is critical
- Honesty and integrity are non-negotiable
- Punctuality and reliability are a must
- A consistent employment history
- Good typing skills and proficiency in Word and Excel
- Confidence, enthusiasm, and willingness to work the phones
- Outgoing personality and a positive attitude
- Results-driven and self-motivated mindset
Telemarketing experience is a must, along with the ability to ask for the order and drive revenue.
Work Schedule
Monday through Friday: 8:30 AM-5:00 PM
