General Assembler: Day and Swing
Join a team that’s redefining the future of HVAC technology. As a General Assembler, you’ll play a hands-on role in building high-performance air handling systems from the ground up. Your craftsmanship will directly impact the comfort and air quality of environments across the globe.
Schedules: Monday-Thursday
5 AM-3:30 PM and 4 PM-2:30 AM with optional OT on Fridays and Saturdays.
Pay:
Day $20/hr.
Swing $21.50/hr.
What You’ll Do:
- Assemble HVAC units and components using hand and power tools
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and work instructions to ensure accurate builds
- Inspect parts and assemblies for quality and precision
- Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with safety standards
What You’ll Bring:
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools, processes, and technologies
- Team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic
- Previous experience in manufacturing or assembly is a plus, but not required
