Position Summary
We are looking for skilled Electrical Assemblers with experience in panel wiring and/or conduit assembly to join our production team. You’ll play a key role in assembling and installing electrical systems that power our custom air handling units. This position requires a strong understanding of electrical schematics, attention to detail, and a hands-on approach to problem-solving. #1939ST
Schedules: Monday-Thursday
5 AM-3:30 PM and 4 PM-2:30 AM with optional OT on Fridays and Saturdays
Pay: $21-$23.50 DOE and Shift
What You’ll Do
- Read and interpret complex electrical diagrams, schematics, and blueprints.
- Assemble, wire, and install electrical panels, control boxes, and conduit systems.
- Route and secure wiring according to layout specifications and safety standards.
- Perform continuity checks, functionality tests, and troubleshoot electrical issues.
- Use hand and power tools, multimeters, and other diagnostic equipment safely and effectively.
- Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow standard operating procedures.
- Uphold a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
What You Bring
- 1+ years of hands-on experience in electrical assembly, panel building, or conduit installation.
- Solid understanding of electrical principles and electro-mechanical systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents, wiring diagrams, and measurements.
- Familiarity with tools such as wire strippers, crimpers, conduit benders, and multimeters.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Physical ability to stand, bend, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in various positions throughout the shift.
- A team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn and grow.
