Position Summary

We are looking for skilled Electrical Assemblers with experience in panel wiring and/or conduit assembly to join our production team. You’ll play a key role in assembling and installing electrical systems that power our custom air handling units. This position requires a strong understanding of electrical schematics, attention to detail, and a hands-on approach to problem-solving. #1939ST

Schedules: Monday-Thursday

5 AM-3:30 PM and 4 PM-2:30 AM with optional OT on Fridays and Saturdays

Pay: $21-$23.50 DOE and Shift

What You’ll Do

  • Read and interpret complex electrical diagrams, schematics, and blueprints.
  • Assemble, wire, and install electrical panels, control boxes, and conduit systems.
  • Route and secure wiring according to layout specifications and safety standards.
  • Perform continuity checks, functionality tests, and troubleshoot electrical issues.
  • Use hand and power tools, multimeters, and other diagnostic equipment safely and effectively.
  • Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to ensure compliance with specifications.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and follow standard operating procedures.
  • Uphold a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

What You Bring

  • 1+ years of hands-on experience in electrical assembly, panel building, or conduit installation.
  • Solid understanding of electrical principles and electro-mechanical systems.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documents, wiring diagrams, and measurements.
  • Familiarity with tools such as wire strippers, crimpers, conduit benders, and multimeters.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
  • Physical ability to stand, bend, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in various positions throughout the shift.
  • A team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn and grow.
