Apartment Maintenance Technician
Express Employment Professionals is seeking an Apartment Maintenance Technician to join a living community in South Omaha!

Position Details:
- Type: Full time
- Schedule: Monday-Friday 7am-4pm (Some on-call availability once hired on)
- Location: Omaha
- Pay/Salary: $25-$27/hour
Job Duties:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs.
- Respond quickly to maintenance requests from residents.
- Conduct inspections of apartment units and common areas to identify and repair potential issues.
- Perform preventive maintenance on equipment and systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Must have some prior relevant maintenance experience
- Basic mechanical knowledge
- Able to handle lifting 25lbs on a regular basis
- Ability to lift heavy objects, work in confined spaces, and handle physical tasks.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred
