Sales Representative – Electrical Supply

Location: Fort Myers, FL

Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM

Pay: $19–$20/hr + 10% commission on gross profit from sales

Benefits: 2 weeks PTO | Mileage reimbursement | No medical benefits offered

Express Employment Professionals is currently seeking a Sales Representative with electrical supply experience to join a well-established electrical distribution company in Fort Myers. This is a hybrid role that combines office-based sales with in-person client visits to electrical contractors across the area.

Key Responsibilities:

• 60% Inside Sales:
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls from the office
  • Process orders, build quotes, and follow up on leads
  • Provide product knowledge and support to customers
• 40% Outside Sales:
  • Conduct B2B client visits with electrical contractors
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Identify opportunities to grow accounts and generate new business

Requirements:

• Electrical supply experience is required
• Previous inside or outside sales experience strongly preferred
• Professional communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (mileage reimbursed)

Compensation & Perks:

• $19–$20/hour base pay
• 10% commission on gross profit from all sales generated
• 2 weeks paid time off
• Mileage reimbursement for client visits
• Stable weekday schedule – no weekends!
