Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 3:30 PM – 2:00 AM

Pay: $19 – $23 per hour (based on experience)

Are you an experienced AOI Machine Operator looking to join a well-established and trusted electronics manufacturer? We’re seeking a skilled operator to join our 2nd Shift team and ensure the highest quality standards in Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate AOI equipment to inspect assembled PCBs and components.
• Follow all Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) and board handling procedures.
• Handle Moisture Sensitive Devices (MSDs) according to component Moisture Sensitivity Levels (MSL).
• Ensure products meet documented workmanship standards and AOI program criteria.
• Verify the accuracy and integrity of AOI-collected data.
• Identify and report defects missed by AOI equipment to improve program accuracy.
• Communicate inspection findings to assembly operators and appropriate personnel.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience operating AOI equipment in an electronics manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with computer systems and electronic manufacturing software.
• Understanding of AOI procedures and quality inspection standards.
• IPC Certification:
  • IPC-DVD-64C: Component Identification
  • IPC-A-610: Modules 1, 2, 4, 5, 7, & 8
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks and follow detailed procedures.
• Comfortable supporting 1–2 product lines or customer accounts.
