Salary: 16-18

A manufacturer for the military, aerospace, wireless communications, and medical industries located in Wheeling, IL is looking to add an Assembler/Solderer to their team!

The Job:

As an Assembler/Solderer, you will:

• Work with solder
• Measure dimensions of material
• Operate hand and power tools
• Conduct electrical testing
• Assemble electronic components and apply epoxy
• Follow route-sheets to build product step-by-step

Shift & Pay:

• 1st shift – 6:30-2:30 PM, M-F
• $16/hr or more, depending on experience

Requirements:

Requirements of an Assembler/Solderer Worker:

• 1-2 years’ experience with solder
• Ability to meet IPC-class 3 standard
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Production experience in a manufacturing company
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints/schematics
• Live locally to the NW suburbs of Chicago
