The Temporary HR Client Services Representative is responsible for day-to-day client support for new hire/rehire onboarding, specifically I-9 & E-Verify processing.

The representative is expected to provide outstanding service by assisting the client with completing Section 2 of their Form I-9: Employment Eligibility Verification and/or submitting their E-Verification.

You will meet clients to review their documents and determine if they meet federal requirements for verification. Attention to detail is critical. You must be able to evaluate a variety of documents and to accurately enter data into our third-party system.

Adherence to established University, State, Local, and Federal policies, procedures, guidelines, and laws in the completion of other assigned duties is required.

Experience may be substituted for degree requirement.
