Role Overview

As a Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud Solution Architect (NPC SA), you will lead the design and delivery of transformative solutions for nonprofit clients using Salesforce’s Nonprofit Cloud. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical architecture with business goals, ensuring scalable, secure, and impactful implementations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end solution architecture for Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud implementations, including Fundraising, Program Management, and Outcome Management.
• Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions that leverage Salesforce best practices and Slalom accelerators.
• Guide technical teams through solution design, development, and deployment.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders, delivery leads, and project managers to ensure alignment and successful delivery.
• Provide thought leadership on Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud capabilities and roadmap.
• Support pre-sales efforts including scoping, estimation, and proposal development.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Salesforce experience, with at least 2 years focused on Nonprofit Cloud or NPSP.
• Salesforce certifications such as Nonprofit Cloud Consultant, Application Architect, or System Architect preferred.
• Proven experience designing and implementing Salesforce solutions for nonprofit organizations.
• Strong understanding of nonprofit business processes including donor management, grants, and program delivery.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in a consulting environment is a plus.
• The ideal candidate has a fundraising background

Pay rate 105-130/hr - Compensation may vary based on skills, experience and background.
