Job Summary
We are currently hiring for the position of Electrode Assembler. This role involves assembling ECG and related electrodes used in critical medical settings. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, the ability to work with small components, and a commitment to maintaining high quality standards.
Shifts Available
- First Shift
- Second Shift
- Third Shift
Essential Functions
- Organize and prepare materials for electrode assembly
- Perform manual and semi-automated assembly processes
- Maintain quality control throughout all stages of production
- Identify and troubleshoot minor assembly issues
- Assist in training new team members
- Carry out additional tasks as assigned by the Group Leader or Supervisor
Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in assembly or manufacturing is a plus
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Strong manual dexterity and familiarity with hand tools
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions precisely
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and safety
- Team-oriented with good communication skills
- Bilingual (English/Spanish preferred)
- Must pass a background check – clean background required
Physical Demands
- Standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling – Constantly
- Sitting – Occasionally
- Talking – Occasionally
- Hearing – Frequently
- Repetitive motions and coordination – Constantly
Working Conditions
- Exposure to extreme cold, heat, humidity, and wet environments – Occasionally
- Noise – Frequently
