We are looking for a Director of Events Management.

As a Director of Events Management, we rely on you to:

  • Be responsible for planning banquets, conferences, and other events to ensure they meet client needs.
  • Communicate with clients, suppliers, and internal hotel departments to ensure smooth event execution.
  • Develop budgets based on event requirements and control costs.
  • Manage the banquet and conference sales and coordination service teams to ensure efficient operations.
  • Collect client feedback to continuously improve services and enhance client satisfaction.
  • Support the sales team in achieving performance targets.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Fluent bilingual communication and writing skills in Chinese and English.
  • 2+ years of equivalent work experience in five-star hotels, with preference for those with international hotel chain experience.
  • Proficiency in using sales systems and familiarity with coordination team workflows.
  • Strong organizational, command, and coordination management abilities.
