We are looking for a Director of Events Management.
As a Director of Events Management, we rely on you to:
- Be responsible for planning banquets, conferences, and other events to ensure they meet client needs.
- Communicate with clients, suppliers, and internal hotel departments to ensure smooth event execution.
- Develop budgets based on event requirements and control costs.
- Manage the banquet and conference sales and coordination service teams to ensure efficient operations.
- Collect client feedback to continuously improve services and enhance client satisfaction.
- Support the sales team in achieving performance targets.
We are looking for someone who:
- Fluent bilingual communication and writing skills in Chinese and English.
- 2+ years of equivalent work experience in five-star hotels, with preference for those with international hotel chain experience.
- Proficiency in using sales systems and familiarity with coordination team workflows.
- Strong organizational, command, and coordination management abilities.
