Join Danfoss Climate Solutions as our new Director of Internal Communications – a key leadership role where you'll drive how we communicate, collaborate, and engage employees worldwide.
In this role, you’ll focus 90% of your time on internal communication. You’ll lead a team of four experienced and self-driven professionals — each responsible for communication within a division or function within our segment. Your job is to coach, connect, and align them around a common direction, while allowing room for local ownership.
You’ll report to the VP of Global Public Affairs, Sustainability and Communication, based in Brussels.
