DESCRIPTION
The Sr. Manager, Operations Program Management will lead, coordinate, and execute the short and long-term supply strategy to maximize manufacturing outcomes, and proactively plan for changing conditions. The individual must be motivated, organized, self-directed, and capable of handling a variety of tasks in highly matrixed environments. The Sr. Manager OPM will balance a mix of strategic, program, and operational responsibilities to optimize build plans, production clear to build, and on-time shipment. The individual is expected to work cross functionally to build consensus among cross functional teams and leadership. The individual will have experience in New Product Introduction in an Operations/Manufacturing role pertaining to Consumer Electronics (or similar) and have proven communications skills and ability to influence.
