ASRC Federal Field Services provides logistical support at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center in North Charleston (FLETC Federal Complex off Spruill Avenue). We are looking for a dependable and customer oriented Part-Time Bus Driver to join our team.

Description:

  • Drive 15 passenger vans or 37-55 passenger busses, transporting students to and from the airport, hotels, dormitories, and various other locations as needed.
  • Verify students badge before allowing van entry.
  • Report any concerns to manager or dispatcher as soon as they occur.
  • Fuel and clean vehicles at the end of each shift or as needed.
  • Maintain proper uniform and PPE when performing work tasks.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Highschool Diploma/GED preferred
  • Must be a US Citizen.
  • Must possess or have ability to obtain a valid South Carolina commercial driver’s license (CDL) approved by appropriate, Federal, State, and municipal laws, codes, and regulations in connection with operating a transportation service.
  • Self-starter, detail oriented, and organized with excellent oral communication.
  • Must have superior customer service skills.
  • Must be able to support scheduled mornings, evenings, nights, weekends and holidays.
  • Must be punctual and able to adjust to schedule changes
  • Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
  • Must have superior customer service skills.
  • Must be able to lift 30 lbs. unassisted.
  • Must be able to sit and stand for long periods of time.
  • Must be able to pass a background investigation, drug test, and physical exam.
