RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage multiple projects and initiatives concurrently.
Support testing, data validation, and quality control reporting.
Manage and direct project communications for technical and non-technical audiences.
Manage and support Request for Proposals (RFP’s), Request for Offers (RFO’s), Master Service Agreements (MSA’s), Contract Transmittal forms (CTF’s) Work Order Request Forms (WORF’s) and Budget Change Proposal’s (BCP’s).

OVERVIEW
The Information Technology office of the Judicial Council of California (JC) is accepting applications for a Data Systems Senior Business Systems Analyst to join the Enterprise Systems/Data Services unit, a collaborative team supporting the Judicial Branch Data Warehouse, the Data Analytics Pilot and Data Integration programs a key part in advancing statewide data analytics and data integration initiatives and supporting required legislative reporting and program analysis.
This position will be responsible for project management supporting statewide program implementation and ongoing operations, branch and program communications (including court and vendor communications), advising and assisting JC program teams, system support for the branch, documenting program processes, reporting on program progress and success, and gathering requirements for Request for Proposals (RFPs) and re-engineering recommendations.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree, and five (5) years of experience providing technical and business process
support, analysis, or project management for systems/applications.
Possession of a bachelor’s degree in a directly related field such as computer science, management
information systems, etc., may be substituted for one of the years of required experience. An
additional four years of professional experience as noted above may substitute for the bachelor’s
degree. Or additional directly related experience and/or education may be substituted on a year-for-year basis.
OR
One year as a Business Systems Analyst with the Judicial Council of California or one year of
experience performing the duties of a class comparable in the level of responsibility to that of a
Business Systems Analyst in a California Superior Court or California state-level government entity.
