About the Role:
As a Briefing Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the customer experience at CrowdStrike’s Executive Briefing Center (EBC) in Sunnyvale. You’ll collaborate closely with the Office of the CTO, Sales, Product, AV/IT, Facilities, and Marketing teams to deliver tailored, high-impact executive briefings that align to our customers’ strategic goals. From briefing intake to execution and follow-up, you’ll be a key partner in delivering meaningful engagements that deepen relationships and accelerate pipeline.
You’ll work as part of a small, high-performing team supporting CrowdStrike’s most strategic customer engagements. This is an onsite role based in Sunnyvale, CA, and requires an onsite presence during customer briefings.
