SUMMARY

We are seeking a strategic and technically adept Enterprise Automation Product Owner to lead the vision, product lifecycle, and continuous improvement of automation solutions across the organization. This role will be instrumental in driving digital transformation through Microsoft Power Platform—including Power Apps, Power Automate, Dynamics 365, and Power Virtual Agents—as well as UiPath RPA technologies. The ideal candidate will bring a strong blend of business insight, technical expertise, and a passion for delivering impactful, scalable solutions that streamline operations and enhance user experience.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Product Vision & Strategy
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to define and communicate the product vision and roadmap.
    • Translate business needs into clear product goals and deliverables.
    • Act as the voice of the customer and champion user-centric design.
  • Backlog Management
    • Own and prioritize the product backlog based on business value, customer impact, and technical feasibility.
    • Write clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Agile Development
    • Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders and the development team.
    • Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
    • Ensure that the team understands the product backlog items to the level needed.
  • Stakeholder Engagement
    • Gather and analyze feedback from customers, users, and internal teams to inform product decisions.
    • Communicate product updates and progress to stakeholders regularly.
  • Performance Monitoring
    • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success.
    • Use data-driven insights to iterate and improve the product.
  • Training & Enablement
    • Develop and oversee training strategies for internal IT teams and external business users.
    • Ensure training materials are up-to-date, accessible, and aligned with product updates.
    • Partner with peers to deliver scalable training programs.
    • Organize and lead office hours to support end users growth and enablement of technology.
  • Support Management and Continuous Improvement
    • Work closely with the team to identify continuous improvement of support processes and root cause.
  • Analyze support data to identify trends and inform product improvements.
  • Stay up to date with technology and industry best practices
  • Governance and License Management
    • Ensure product features and processes comply with internal policies and external regulations.
    • Define governance frameworks for data usage, access control, and auditability with team applications.
    • Maintain an accurate inventory of all software assets and licenses owned by the team.
    • Ensure software usage aligns with licensing terms and prepare for vendor audits.
    • Monitor and audit license usage to maintain cost optimization
    • Generate reports on license usage and cost saving.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Experience with product management tools (e.g., Jira).
  • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
  • Proven experience with the Power Platform and RPA automation.
  • Power Platform certifications are desirable.

COMPENSATION

Pay is based on several factors, including but not limited to work experience, education, geographic location, certifications, etc. Your recruiter can share more about the specific compensation package for your preferred role during the hiring process. Successful candidates in this role are expected to earn $88,235 to $136,765 per year.

PROFIT SHARING: In 2025 Andersen has set a profit sharing target of $3,500 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
