The Opportunity
As a Senior Program Coordinator, you will support the Post-graduate Central Academic Team at Hult International Business School based in Boston (Cambridge), Massachusetts, to maintain the highest academic and student services standards. The Program Coordinator plans, organizes, and carries out day-to-day academic and student facing operations as well as critical projects by supporting the Provost, Dean of Online Programs and Global Assistant Dean of PG Programs and Program Management team with various aspects of program planning and execution including:
This is a multi-function role incorporating project management skills, operations and administration, student advising, faculty support, course coordination and delivery support, with global constituents.
Note: This role requires in-office/on-campus presence at our Cambridge, MA campus 4 days a week with 1 day work-from-home (WFH) benefit. The 1-day/week WFH benefit is subject to change at any time should the School change its approach. Some weekend and evening course support will be required. When weekend course support is required, the on-campus presence requirement for the prior or following week may be adjusted to account for weekend work time.
